For as long as I can remember maybe 17 years I have been over weight I have tried every gym an diet I could possibly get my hands on to no success. I started 5:2 diet on the 2nd of January 2018 after reading all the positive feedback I thought why not I’ll try this, an what a fantastic idea it was. 

The wonderful continued support from every single member an the weigh ins on Monday Kept me going an motivated , the more I lost the more I wanted to keep going, an the more I lost I started to feel better about my self an start to love me again which I hadn’t for quite a long time, any questions or unsure of anything the members are there to help an they motivate you to keep going ! I can’t thank every body enough this has completely changed my life an I will continue the 5:2 way . 

To date I have lost 23.4 kgs in 13 an a half weeks never in a million years did I think I could do it. My body is better for it.

I work a sedentary job as a receptionist and did barely any exercise in that 12 weeks. I had 2 fast days a week which were usually between 300 and 600 calories and lost almost 12 kilos! 

I still ate junk sometimes but started making better food choices as time went on. My water intake went from maybe a glass a day to 2+ litres. 

I have recently been on a 3 month break from fasting due to surgery before Christmas and have been a bit slack for a while due to convenience and ease for my partner and I still hadn’t put the weight back on! I have just recently started fasting again and am 2 weeks in and already seeing positive results yet again! 

I had been struggling with my self confidence and still do, but after yo-yo dieting, taking duromine (weight loss medication that’s basically a stimulant), starving myself, killing myself on the treadmill and doing whatever I could to lose weight I finally found something that works. Something as simple as eating a BUNCH of vegetables and a little bit of chicken twice a week (there’s plenty more meals that’s just one I liked). Nothing drastic, no disgusting foods and no killing my self at the gym. I am now confident enough to join up with a gym again and have even been spotted in the change rooms doing my makeup in just my sports bra and shorts 😱 but seriously the support within the course is also second to none. 

Everyone is encouraging and kind and I would hands down sign up for sparkle 5:2 for life again. Even just for the friends I’ve made. The weight loss of course is fabulous and was my main goal but the community of women is amazing too!

How long will it take to complete this course
The course is designed to be competed over 6 weeks. 

You can however take longer if you want to as you will have lifetime access to all the training and materials and be able to refer back to them when needed.
Is the course dripped out or do I get full access
The course will be dripped out to you over 6 weeks getting access to 1 module each week. 

This is to ensure that you stay focused and on task, and complete the training in the right steps. 

This is done intentionally as we know that if you miss some important steps you will not be able to create really strong foundation for growth.
How much time will I need to dedicate to this training
Expect to allocate between 2 to 6 hours of self paced homework in between each weekly action taking workshop to get the tasks completed.

Don't worry if you get busy and cannot do a week, you can catch up the following one...

You have lifetime access to these modules and your homework instructions so just take your time and move at a speed that's comfortable for you.
What if I cannot attend the live action sessions
There is the chance that you will get distracted by you little ones or an unexpected appointment, you can rest assured that you will have lifetime access via the Sparkle Class Academy Library.

So if the timezone is tough for you, you have an irregular schedule or if you are someone who likes to watch live calls in your own time Sally's got you covered.
Where will I find the time for the Live Calls

How to I submit my homework for Straight Talk with Sally
You will be able to submit your assignment through the dashboard in the Straight Talk section inside of the Sparkle Class Academy.

You are encouraged to keep on track and complete your projects on time. As the opportunity to submit your 6 weeks and access to this feature closes 8 weeks from the commencement of the accelerator (giving you a couple of extra weeks grace to submit your final projects!)
Where can I ask questions
There are a few places to ask question during the 6 weeks.

1. You can ask questions in the Facebook Accountability Group.

2. You can attend the Live Action Taking weekly workshops and ask questions directly to Sally Live.

3. Any tech specific questions re access or log-in issues can be sent to ask@teamsparkle.com.au

4. Straight Talk with Sally participants, can ask questions each week directly to Sally when they submit their assignments for review.

After the 6 weeks program is completed can send questions to directly to ask@teamsparkle.com.au
